About Kristin Catlett

Kristin Catlett brings over 20 years of experience in IT training and client support to her real estate career, combining strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Missouri–St. Louis and spent the past year and a half working in a support role with The Laura Sanders Team before earning her real estate license in April 2026. During that time, she developed an understanding of the industry and built a strong foundation in client service, marketing, and transaction support. Known for her approachable personality and dedication to her clients, Kristin values building lasting relationships and helping people feel confident throughout the buying and selling process. Her background in training and technology allows her to guide clients with patience, organization, and professionalism. Outside of real estate, Kristin enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and three daughters.
